By accessing our website and registering for Divine Path workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration.
2. Workshop Registration
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay
- A confirmation email with workshop join link will be sent within minutes of payment
- Each registration is valid for the specific workshop dates mentioned at checkout
- You must be 18 years or older to register independently; minors require parental consent
3. Workshop Delivery
- Workshops are conducted online via Zoom/Google Meet as specified
- We reserve the right to reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances; affected participants will be notified 24 hours in advance
- Recording of sessions by participants is strictly prohibited
- Participants should ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment
4. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
- Payment must be completed at the time of registration
- We do not store your payment card or banking details
5. Intellectual Property
All content delivered during Divine Path workshops — including but not limited to techniques, meditations, presentations, and materials — is the intellectual property of Dr. Sachin Nikam / Divine Path. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share workshop content without express written permission.
6. Code of Conduct
Workshop participants are expected to:
- Maintain respectful behavior towards the instructor and other participants
- Not record, screenshot, or share session content
- Not disrupt the session with irrelevant content or spam
Violation of these rules may result in removal from the session without refund.
7. Disclaimer
Divine Path workshops are educational and wellness-focused programs. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. Results may vary based on individual participation and practice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine Path / Dr. Sachin Nikam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in workshops or use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
